Posting made simple

Dear I-club7

Maybe you don't know how to post a message.

It's dead easy.

On the blog go to the "blogger" icon (top left hand of toolbar).

This connects you to www.blogger.com

Next comes up the blogger website, where you sign in with your username + password. Email me on beale@eim.ae if you can't sign in - then I'll give you the blogmember username/password.

So, after signing in, the "DASHBOARD" comes up and there you see "Tony's cronies" blog. Just click on "new post" and there you go, you're in business! If you have windows XP then a choice of fonts and colours come up.

Ah well, it's been a tough week. Maybe over the weekend you'll get in touch...

Take care

Tony

Still waiting...

Hello everybody!

I know you're out there and you're busy - nothing new on that score, but we have to start talking!

I don't know...
  • how is life after IELTS?
  • are you still battling this monster?
  • do you plan to keep improving your English?
  • do you need help?

We are a "virtual" club and a very exclusive one at that, so let's make an effort to keep in touch, OK?

HELLO?

Bye for now

Tony

Break the ice

Hello club7 members!

Er, sorry but I was hoping you'd all kind of introduce yourselves. I know who you are and what you're at, but the others don't.
So this is a kind of network that needs definition. You all share the dubious pleasure of having been my IELTS students - there's more to life than that, so how about letting us know what your current situation is and how the group can support each other.
I'll be busy cracking the whip on my new www.ieltsmatch.blogspot.com class and licking them into some sort of shape. I will drop in and see how club7 is doing - we need the master communicator Mohammed Saeed to return from Alexandria and inspire us with his dynamism.
So comment & post away exclusive club7 members.

Welcome to the club!

Hello friends, former students and guests!

This is the running blog that I have created for my former IELTS students to keep in touch.

I've invited about 40 people to join this weblog.

The objective of this blog is NOT just to deal with the dreaded IELTS. Some of you have achieved your target (Alhamdillileh!) and moved on. Please let me know how you are doing. Any advice for those still struggling to reach their goal would be greatly appreciated. So this is an informal, loosely structured forum for everyone to chat and exchange ideas and information.

Now I have to go and invite you all to join this weblog.

Everyone will be an administrator on this blog and can edit their own and others' postings.

Looking forward greatly to hearing from you

Best regards

Tony
